Why would we not do this ourselves?: Many agencies do. The ones who use us have worked out what an account manager's month is worth.
Do you work on retainer?: If you prefer. Most partners run brief by brief and never move off it.
What is the turnaround?: Two to five weeks from approval, depending on the publication.
Who owns the copy?: You do, on publication. We keep no rights to it.
Do you report?: A short delivery note per brief: publication, date, link, and what was agreed.
